Romero’s was opened in August 2022 by George and Rebecca, with a crew whose work reaches far beyond the kitchen.

George “Papa” Romero is executive chef and co-owner. Rebecca “G” Romero is co-owner and bar curator. Their son Seth “Nighthawk” Romero is head chef, leatherworker, furniture builder, and vintage-audio restorer. Phil “The Baker” creates the rotating dessert program.
