Every great bar has a great story.
Our original bar was built years ago from wood left over from a corporate conference room down the street. It has since become part of Romero’s—and part of downtown.
Come celebrate, reflect, escape, or simply have a serious cocktail. Rebecca’s seasonal program, curated wine, beer, and nonalcoholic options make the bar a destination of its own.
The bar may stay open until midnight while guests are still enjoying the room.
